My name is Emerson Rivera, I been in the solar industry for over 9 years (2016 – Present). I started in the none profit sector and moved on. My purpose in life is to have a progressive company that cares about their customer, quality work, their employees, the environment, and a more sustainable planet.

My background education starts at East L.A. Skill Center in Los Angeles, CA (2016). During my education classes I enrolled in a volunteer program at GRID Alternatives (GLA) Los Angeles, CA, were I received hands on training on installing solar panels systems. I graduated from East L.A. Skill center in 2016 and received my certification for Photovoltaics 1, 2, & 3.

My employment started as an internship for 13 months at GRID Alternatives (2016). After 13 moths of internship, I was a brought on to GRID Alternatives as full time employee solar supervisor. During my employment at GRID Alternatives, I was promoted to project manager associate till (2018). After my employment at GRID Alternatives, I was Employed at L.A. Solar in Van Nuys, CA as an Operations Consultant Manager In (2018). In (2019) I was a Senior Service Technician employed at Southwest Solar in North Hollywood, CA. There for after my employment at Southwest Solar I was a Lead Service technician/ Battery Backup Technician Employed at Treepublic Solar in Hawthorn, CA (2021). State License Solar Contractor in California since (2023).
